Hi everybody my name is joey Lynn, and I'm the resident test preparation expert at think prep. I've taken the s18 act multiple times, and I've gotten perfect scores multiple times as well. I've even had about seven or eight students now get perfect scores on the act and sat. Today I'm going over the English section of the act. This is form d03 from the December 2020 administration of the act. I haven't seen any of the questions yet, so I want to take this opportunity to go through the questions one by one and kind of talk through them as I take this test. So for me, the act English is my favorite section of the test to do because I feel like it is the most predictable. If you do know the grammar rules, it's really, really hard to mess up this section. About AL Form CS-41 1993
AL Form CS-41 1993 refers to the Alabama Income Withholding for Support Notice/Order. This form is used to establish and enforce child support, spousal support, or medical support obligations in the state of Alabama. The form is typically required in cases where a court has ordered a noncustodial parent to pay child support or other forms of support to the custodial parent or guardian. It is also used to provide notice to employers or income providers about the amount of support that needs to be deducted from the noncustodial parent's income. Both the custodial parent or guardian and the noncustodial parent are involved in the AL Form CS-41 1993. The custodial parent or guardian may initiate the process by filing the form with the appropriate court, while the noncustodial parent's employer or income provider needs to receive a copy of the form to begin deducting the support amount from the noncustodial parent's income. Additionally, the Alabama Department of Human Resources (DHR) may also use this form as a means to enforce or modify an existing support order. In such cases, the DHR may send the form directly to the noncustodial parent's employer or income provider. Overall, AL Form CS-41 1993 is essential for the establishment, enforcement, and modification of support orders in Alabama, ensuring that financial support is provided to dependent children or the spouse as required by law.
